Shipping policy

The following conditions apply:

Deliveries are made domestically to the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (United Arab Emirates):

We charge a flat rate of AED 11 per order.

Terms of delivery

The standard delivery timeframe ranges from 24 to 48 hours. Any orders after 4 pm will be shipped next day. However, in the event of public holidays or location inaccuracies, the delivery period might extend to 72 to 96 hours.

Please note that there is no shipping of orders on public holidays including Sundays.
