The following conditions apply:

Deliveries are made domestically to the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (United Arab Emirates):

We charge a flat rate of AED 11 per order.

From an order value of AED 150 we deliver free of charge.

 Terms of delivery

The standard delivery timeframe ranges from 24 to 48 hours. However, in the event of public holidays (including Sundays) or location inaccuracies, the delivery period might extend to 72 to 96 hours.

Please note that the order cut off time is 2pm, so any orders delivery time will be calculated from the next day onwards

Please note that there is no delivery on public holidays.

 Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

  1. Approved Refunds:
  • Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

 

  1. Shipping Costs:
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
  1. Damaged or Defective Products:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including any associated shipping costs.
  1. Changes to Orders:
  • Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes. Please double-check your order before confirming the purchase.
