Delivery options

All prices include VAT.

Express 4 Hours — AED 30
Dubai only. Order before 3:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. Delivered within four hours. Orders up to 5 kg.

Same Day — AED 25
Dubai only. Order before 11:00 am, Monday to Saturday. Delivered the same day. Orders up to 10 kg.

Same Day (larger orders) — AED 35
Dubai only. Order before 11:00 am, Monday to Saturday. Orders from 10 kg to 20 kg.

Standard — AED 20, free on orders over AED 200
All seven emirates. Order before 2:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. Delivered in 1–2 working days.

How our delivery works

Cut-off times. Order before the time shown and your order is dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off are dispatched the next working day.

Sundays and public holidays. We don't dispatch on Sundays or public holidays. An order placed on Saturday afternoon or on Sunday goes out on Monday.

Where Express and Same Day are available. These are dispatched from our Dubai office and are available for Dubai addresses only. Standard delivery covers all seven emirates.

Availability. Express and Same Day appear at checkout only when every item in your basket is in stock at our Dubai office. If you don't see them, one or more items is coming from our main warehouse on Standard delivery.

Weight limits. Express carries orders up to 5 kg and Same Day up to 20 kg. Larger orders — including our 12.5 kg, 15 kg and 20 kg bags — are sent on Standard delivery.

Delays. Standard delivery may extend to 72–96 hours around public holidays, or if the delivery address is incomplete. Please make sure your address and mobile number are correct — our couriers call on arrival.

Refund policy

Eligibility. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to request a refund. Contact us at info-ae@happypet.biz or +971 56 547 5071 with your order number and the reason for the refund.

Verification. We'll review your request and may ask for photographs to assess the product's condition.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days and credited to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Damaged or defective products. Contact us straight away and we'll arrange a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs.

Changes to orders. Once an order is placed we're unable to change it, so please check your basket before confirming.
